The compact that I purchased was for a dear friend's birthday, I wanted something personalized and unique and I could not have been more happy with the product. It was just stunning and had the look that I was going for in a vintage looking compact. If you are looking for a unique personalized gift I highly recommend these statement making pieces.
I will say this in regards to standard shipping, it took about 2 weeks to receive, but I paid $0.00 for shipping so I'm not complaining. Keep that in mind if you are looking to receive a gift in under a week. It may pay to upgrade your shipping. I'm planning on making several more purchases for Christmas. Happy shopping.
