Refund policy

Refunds are accepted on all non-personalized items provided they are returned in proper protective packaging within 30 days of the order being received.

Personalized items that arrive damaged, defective, or with incorrect customized details will be replaced promptly or offered a full refund. Photographic proof may be required. All other refunds on items that have already been personalized may still be accepted if we are at fault in any way.
